Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using MacPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use MacPilot.
2. License Grant
MacPilot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MacPilot on Mac computers that you own or control, subject to your subscription tier. Each license key may be used on one machine at a time.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our 14-day money-back guarantee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account downgrades to Free.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use MacPilot to:
- •Violate any applicable law or regulation
- •Access systems or data without authorization
- •Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MacPilot
- •Resell or sublicense MacPilot without written consent
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MacPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that MacPilot will be error-free or operate without interruption.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacPilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MacPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
